1000th post

Blogger tells me this is my 1000th post.  Guess I have done a few over the years, from humorous stories to cigar review, and a lot of rants in between.
So to celebrate I will post a few memorable photos I have taken.  No series this time, just random images I happen to have on my computer at the moment that I like.  And I am not going to go hunting for others on external hard drives or CDs.  That would take more energy than I have at the moment.  So here is what I have readily available that sparks my fancy.

One more, GO CHIPPEWA !!!!  The damn DNR didn't listen when the people said they opposed a wolf hunt.  Why should anyone listen to the DNR.  It is time to let them (the DNR) know they are screwing things up and no longer should have any say so in how the natural resources are managed.  I wish more people would stand up and fight.

Windows 8

Got a lap top with Windows 8.
What a horse shit operating system that is.  Might be nice for a tablet or phone, but for a lap top or desk top computer it is stone age compared to Windows 7.  It is not something one would want to do any work on.
Microsoft, you lost a customer here with this piece of junk.

Morning update:  Sorry about this set.  I didn't realize I had posted it a few days ago as well.  "Ya know Willard, things get confused out there".

Just a reminder

A River Runs Through It

More from the little creek we had to haul garbage out of in order to make it look reasonable.  This is in a park, and the little creek flowing through the park was a trash dumping ground for every city idiot who needed to get rid of something.  I suspect they didn't even care that we spent time cleaning out all of their rubbish so it looked good once again.  I doubt they even cared that it looked pretty and pristine when we were done.  I doubt City People care about anything.
